About

Nana Vaez is an illustrator and artist from Madrid, Spain. She has trained at IED (Istituto Europeo Di Design) in Madrid and graduated in Illustration. She has worked with IED Innovation Lab and publishing houses such as Planeta de Libros, Lunwerg and LAVA.

Her work consists of elaborate depictions of the human face and body, flora and fauna, using delicate and detailed lines. Nana is inspired by life, art, poetry, nature and the imagination and connection between people, the present and the past. She has great versatility and easy adaptability to different styles and forms of visual communication, making use of various techniques and mediums such as digital, graphite, watercolor, ink and acrylic.

Nana Vaez es una ilustradora y artista de Madrid, España. Estudió en IED (Istituto Europeo Di Design) de Madrid y se graduó en Ilustración. Ha trabajado con el IED Innovation Lab y editoriales como Planeta de Libros, Lunwerg y LAVA.

Su obra consiste en representaciones elaboradas del rostro y cuerpo humano, la flora y fauna, utilizando trazos delicados y detallados. Nana se inspira en la vida, el arte, la poesía, la naturaleza y en la imaginación y conexión entre las personas, el presente y pasado. Tiene una gran versatilidad y facilidad de adaptación a diferentes estilos gráficos y formas de comunicación visual, utilizando varias técnicas y medios como el digital, el grafito, la acuarela, la tinta y el acrílico.
